1998
The Foundations
Pascal Millasseau lays the foundations of what the company would become, starting his professional activity as a sole trader. Grounded in more than a decade of experience in all facets of construction, from rehabilitating existing structures to creating new homes, his vision was clear: to raise the standard of the local market and meet the housing needs of Nazaré.
2014
Setting the Standard
Completion of the Ardonha Project was a rigorous exercise in structural precision and advanced building methods. Where we moved beyond standard construction to deliver a new level of high-end craft.
2015
The Cornerstone
Completion of the "Corten Villa" project, our first large-scale villa that set the standard of quality and attention to detail that guides us to this day.
2017
A New Structure
The transition to a formal company (Pascal Millasseau Construction - Unipessoal, Lda.), solidifying our market position and preparing for the future.
2021
The Partnership Blueprint
Launch of the strategic partnership with Nunes & Millasseau, joining forces to develop a new model of tailor-made condominiums.
2022
Seal of Quality
We received official recognition as PME Líder (SME Leader) and Excelência (SME Excellence), a status that attests to our solidity and quality, which was renewed the following year.

Turnkey Success
Completion of "King's Woodland," our first exclusive condominium in partnership, which sold out completely in record time.

For the development of private condominiums, we unite our construction mastery with a strategic partnership with Nunes & Millasseau (N&M). In these projects, PM Construction focuses on what it does best: executing and managing the construction process to the highest quality standards. N&M concentrates on the sales and marketing aspects, and together, we ensure excellent client support, from the first contact to the final handover.
