2014
Completion of the Ardonha Project was a rigorous exercise in structural precision and advanced building methods. Where we moved beyond standard construction to deliver a new level of high-end craft.
2015
Completion of the "Corten Villa" project, their first large-scale villa that set the company's standard of quality and attention to detail.
2017
The business transitions to a formal company, Pascal Millasseau Construction - Unipessoal, Lda., solidifying its market position.
2021
The strategic partnership with Nunes & Millasseau is launched to develop a new model of tailor-made condominiums.
2022
Received official recognition as PME Líder (SME Leader) and Excelência (SME Excellence), a status renewed the following year.
2024
Completion of "King's Woodland," their first exclusive condominium in partnership, which sold out completely in record time
