The project's core premise was to create a private haven for each family. The architecture of each villa, developed on a single floor in an "L" shape, is the key to this achievement. This intelligent layout ensures that each home's pool and garden area is naturally secluded, creating a cosy, private courtyard without the need for high walls or fences. Simultaneously, the single-story design offers functional and accessible living, ideal for all stages of life.
Life Between Indoors and Nature
The heart of each villa is the magnificent open-plan space connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Through large sliding glass spans, this entire area merges with the outdoor terrace, allowing the pool to become a natural extension of the home. On the exterior, the natural bamboo cladding provides a sophisticated, organic identity, integrating the modern architecture into the surrounding rural landscape.
