Built for an art curator, the Origami Villa is more than a house; it's an inhabitable sculpture. This project represented the challenge of transforming a bold, outside-the-box architectural vision into a structure of concrete, glass, and light. The result is a testament to our ability to precisely execute the most complex and artistic designs.

Born from its exceptional location on a hillside crest, the villa was conceived as a "View-Catcher". Its structure, composed of rotated platforms, was designed to capture the entire surrounding landscape in a 360-degree radius, from sunrise to sunset. Our challenge was to materialise this play of volumes, shadows, and voids, ensuring our construction served the architect's poetic vision, creating an object that dematerialises into the landscape, emphasising its horizontal lines.

Precision was essential to bring the "origami" edges and angles to life. This technical rigor was combined with cutting-edge innovation: the Origami Villa is one of the first projects in the Leiria region to be built with Verdi Zero Concrete, Portugal's first carbon-neutral concrete. This choice demonstrates not only our mastery of execution but also our commitment to using sustainable and technologically advanced materials to build the future.

The spaces were created to frame life and art. Inside, the rooms flow onto a vast terrace and a 9-meter swimming pool. At the top, the rooftop was left as a blank canvas—a leisure space with panoramic 360-degree views, ready to be personalised by the owners. This is our point of pride in this project: not just delivering a house, but offering a space of infinite potential, ready to host a new story.
