The Evolution from the Ground Up to the Finishing Phase

We are extremely proud to share with our clients, partners, and friends the extraordinary progress of our latest signature residential development: the D.Dinis Pine Forest Condominium. Located in an idyllic setting where the serenity of nature seamlessly blends with the precision of modern architecture,this project has been moving steadily towards completion.

Since the official start of construction in September 2025, our engineering and construction team has meticulously materialised every planned detail. Today,after nearly 10 months of intense and precise work, we are entering one of the most exciting stages of the project.

The Timeline: From Earthworks to Architectural Elegance

Reviewing our construction records and evolution, we can trace a clear line of progressthat highlights our uncompromising commitment to quality:

• September 2025 (Groundbreaking & Foundations): Earthmoving works, site grading, and excavation for foundations began. The team applied the first blinding concrete layers and assembled the initial supporting formwork, harmoniously integrating the site with the magnificent surrounding pine forest.

• October 2025 (Concreting & Reinforcements): A phase of intensive sub-surface structural activity. Dense steel reinforcement mesh was placed for foundation pillars and beams, followed by the pouring of the footings and the ground slab using continuous high-precision concrete pumping.

• January 2026 (Structural Elevation): Supported by heavy, long-reach tower cranes, vertical pillars were erected, and formwork for the upper floor slab was completed. The condominium began to reveal its signature horizontal design and imposing volumetric layout.

• April 2026 (Brickwork & Enclosure): Exterior walls and interior partition structures were built using high-quality thermal and acoustic bricks. This step closed the architectural volumes, clearly mapping out the internal layouts of each residence.

• June / July 2026 (Frames & Metalwork - Current Phase): We are currently wrapping up the installation of minimalist dark anodised aluminium window frames fitted with high-performance thermal and solar-control double glazing. The contemporary design now stands out vividly, inviting the forest into the living spaces through large, glazed facades.

Next Steps Towards Completion

With the window frames and metalwork nearing completion and weatherproofing fully secured, works are advancing simultaneously across multiple interior and exterior fronts. The coming weeks will focus on:

1. Application of external thermal  insulation composite systems (ETICS) and final facade rendering in neutral, organic tones;
2. Final installation of core building systems (concealed HVAC, smart electrical networks, and plumbing lines);
3. Custom carpentry, installation of premium flooring types, and custom bathroom tiling;
4. Exterior landscaping and curating, ensuring the total preservation of the native pine trees that give this condominium its unique name and identity.
