Small Hill Cottage: From the Final Touches to Handover

When we last shared an update on Small Hill Cottage, the project was entering its final stretch. Its architectural character was already clearly defined, bringing together contemporary lines, natural stone and warm, carefully crafted interiors.

What remained was the quieter but essential work that transforms an almost-finished construction into a home ready to be lived in.

Finishing with Precision

During the final weeks, our team focused on completing the last painting touch-ups, carpentry adjustments and flooring details.

Individually, these may appear to be small interventions. Together, however, they determine the consistency and quality of the finished result. Every surface, transition and element was carefully reviewed to ensure that the original vision was carried through to the very last detail.

In a turnkey project, this final stage is as much about observation and refinement as it is about execution. It is the moment to slow down, inspect each space and make the final adjustments before handing over the keys.

Ready for Its New Chapter

In July 2026, Small Hill Cottage was completed and handed over to its owner.

The house now brings together the simplicity of contemporary architecture with the warmth of natural materials and bespoke finishes, creating the peaceful retreat first imagined at the beginning of the project.

For now, these final construction images mark the conclusion of our work. In the future, professional photography will allow us to reveal the completed home in greater detail.
